- Conference fees cover conference material, lunch & refreshments, and are inclusive of taxes (GST) @ 18%. Fees do not include accommodation.
- Special fees and discounts are available for the first 100 delegates only.
- Faculty and students should use their university email id during the registration process. Where available, faculty should provide a link to the page on their university website. Students should upload their valid identification card (issued by their university) during registration.
- Delegates from NGOs and from not-for-profit organisations may please apply in the faculty category and avail of discounted fees. During registration, delegates from NGOs and non-profits should submit their official email address and upload a copy of their valid ID card (issued by their organisation).
- Group discounts of 10% on standard fees (for industry category only) will be offered upon request to an organisation registering five or more delegates in one transaction. Sponsors will receive one or more free delegate passes.
- TISSAA life-members may avail of a 10% discount if their requests are routed through the TISSAA office.

- The special tariffs stated above are offered by the Taj Hotels exclusively for delegates of Transcendence 2019.
- Tariffs are valid till September 7, 2019. Rooms are subject to availability.
- These hotels are located near the sea side in Colaba, which is a very beautiful and historic part of Mumbai city. The TISS campus is about 20 kms away. Special coaches (optional) can be arranged by the Transcendence hospitality team for travel of groups of delegates to/from these hotels and the conference venue.
