No, a research paper/article is not compulsory to attend the conference. You only have to register by providing your details and paying the registration fees to be eligible to participate in this conference. You can register here Click here to register

You can participate in any of the three roles – panellist, facilitator and participant. The conference coordination committee will select panellists and facilitators based on their work in the themes/tracks related to the conference. However, even if you don’t qualify to be a panellist or facilitator, you can register as a participant and benefit from the experience sharing in the conference. No, there are no paper publication opportunities at Transcendence 2024 itself. The UnConference format is a differently structured conference emphasising the exchange of participants’ embodied experience as information bases that inform other participants of ideas, beliefs and behaviour patterns that impact the pursuit of sustainability goals. This process thus differs from conventional conference formats. You can refer academic papers, not as an insistence, but as a backdrop to express notions that others may better relate to in their worlds of experience. Dialogue and not debate will underscore the exploration of mutual interest. You can refine your publication after such dialogue or explore research more pertinently due to your immersion at Transcendence 2024.

Yes, if you have registered for the conference, you are eligible to get the participation certificate.

Our goal is to facilitate conversations for disciplined listening where practitioners speak to “I work on….(experience-based data) / I wish to work on…(goal-based intentions)”, and the facilitator moderates or enters these spaces between conversationalists with “Let’s explore how that happens…” Please see concept note page 4 for the benefits to participants. Anyone who is interested in sustainability and concerned for mother earth. The event will have a mixed audience from industry, practice, policy formulators, scholars, civil society members, and students. The conference registration fee covers participation in the conference, lunch and refreshments during the conference, sustainability theme delegate kits and participation certificate.

If required, only selected panellists and facilitators will be provided travel and accommodation support. Participants will have to make their own arrangements for travel and accommodation.

The conference fee cannot be waived; however, three or more participants registering from the same organization will get a discount of Rs. 1500 per ticket. Check the registration link for the same Click here
